comfortable stay but some issues
The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate my family's needs. The bed was very comfortable, which helped us finally get some well-needed rest. The breakfast offered a decent variety, which suited our tastes well. We also enjoyed the easy access to local attractions, which made our family outings more convenient, especially being so close to Fort Collins.
However, the room I initially reserved had no A/C, which was very disappointing and led to a disruptive night's sleep.

We enjoyed our stay with easy access to Old Town Fort Collins, where we explored fun self-guided walking tours and had a great time together. The location made it easy to jump-start our days filled with activities, perfect for our family of four.
My kids wished for better air conditioning options in our room.

Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom setup enhanced the stay, while the attentive staff made breakfast issues manageable. However, the lack of working amenities like the air conditioner was disappointing, and the lobby carried an off-putting smell that detracted from the experience. Despite these setbacks, the location was convenient for exploring nearby areas.

Family weekend hiding some shades
The front desk staff tried their best to turn our frown upside down but the room left us feeling a bit uneasy. The pool area was a sight to behold, if you could behold it, because it looked abandoned, tiles missing from the ceiling and all.
It certainly wasn’t inexpensive but you get what you pay for, right?

During our family trip for our oldest son’s graduation, we found ourselves in a very challenging stay. While the exterior of the hotel looked fine, we were immediately greeted by a strong odor in the hallways and our room. Although the room itself appeared clean and had a nice bathroom setup, the overall experience was marred by a non-functioning TV and an overpowering smell that only worsened. Thankfully, the young lady at the front desk said she would come check on the situation, but after a long wait, we learned she had gone home without resolving our issues. The next day brought some relief as the manager was nice and promised to help us with a partial refund. That small gesture was appreciated, but it didn’t compensate for the majority of our troubles.

The room was very affordable and clean. The bed was super comfy, which was a big plus. It had a good size bathroom with a nice tub/shower setup. The A/C worked well too, so we stayed cool. Only downside was that the lobby had a weird smell, but thankfully the room itself didn't have any odor.
